LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO DE LOS JAMONEROS AFINOX

OBSERVACIONES GENERALES

  • La acumulación de grasa en las piezas perjudica el funcionamiento de las mismas por lo que se recomienda el lavado con agua caliente y jabón después de cada corte de jamón. Los lavados se harán a mano o en lavavajillas según recomendamos más abajo en el apartado "LIMPIEZA y BASES DE".
  • Los acabados pulidos se mantienen con gamuza suave.
  • Los productos o piezas Afinox lavados de otra manera que la recomendada no son aptos para reclamación.
  • El acero utilizado en los jamoneros Afinox es macizo e inoxidable.

LIMPIEZA DEL CUERPO DEL JAMONERO

LAVADO A MANO

  • Semiesfera Primus fabricada con aluminio acabado pulido.
  • Semiesfera Primus Oro, fabricada con latón bañado en oro.

LAVADO APTO PARA LAVAVAJILLAS

  • Rulinas y excéntrica de semiesfera Primus fabricadas en acero inoxidable macizo.
  • Semiesfera Pectus.
  • Cuerpo de jamonero cabezal giratorio y cabezal Zeppo, fabricados en acero macizo inoxidable.

LIMPIEZA DE LAS BASES

LAVADO A MANO

  • Base madera de fresno. Además del lavado requiere un mantenimiento de nutrición. Si se utiliza con regularidad, la propia grasa del jamón la mantiene nutrida, si se utiliza de vez en cuando hay que mantener la madera nutrida aplicando productos adecuados.
  • Acero, mármol, granito y silestone, son aptas para lavavajillas teniendo en cuenta que un lavado tan fuerte puede alterar y perjudicar el pulido especialmente en el caso del acero con alto brillo por lo que recomendamos su lavado a mano.
  • Ventosa Primus, fabricada en acero inoxidable, aluminio, polietileno y goma. 
  • Ventosa Pectus, fabricada en acero inoxidable, polietileno y goma.
  • Gato Primus, fabricada en acero inoxidable y aluminio.
  • Taracea con acabado barniz, deben ser lavadas cuidadosamente a mano sin sumergirlas en agua.
JAMONERO "Encimera y Pared", la semiesfera Primus debe ser lavada a mano, el resto de las piezas son aptas para lavavajillas.
