2/ Price list, taxes and custom fees applicable

All marked prices shown on our product list include taxes, which amount is clearly indicated, providing the web-page is originally configured to a shipping country within the European Union. AFINOX INTERNATIONAL QUALITY S.L. offers customers a legal 2-year guarantee on all new products.

Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee. The repair or replacement will be done within three months at a maximum. The customer will not be able to claim the repair when there is disproportionate cost. The customer must to accept in that case the replacement.

Delivery charges will be reimbursed by AFINOX INTERNATIONAL QUALITY S.L. in the event of delivery errors or defective products. The repair or replacement will be done within a reasonable term taking into consideration the nature of the product.

If stocks of a particular item run out, it will be replaced by another of similar or superior features. The customer will not be obliged to accept the change. In that case the money will be refund within thirty days at a maximum.

The terms described below are expressed in business days (from Monday to Friday) and could be altered by local or national bank holidays. If the payment method chosen is bank transfer, the above terms could be modified because the shipment will be made at the bank transfer reception.
