Returns making use of the exercise of the right of withdrawal

Our Customer Service Department offers an after-sale service to help our clients solving issues with our items or deliverances as soon and effectively as possible.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return an item back to us within 14 calendar days term from the date you received it. 0 years is the period laid down in the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree number 1/2007, November, 16th, relating to the defense of consumers and users and other subsidiary Acts. In order to can accept the withdrawal, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, be in the original packaging and contain all items provided, including guarantees, labels and operating manual. The shipping from the customer address to our stores is on behalf of the buyer. In the event of change, the customer will not be charged for the new shipping.

A proper packaging is essential. The withdrawal will not be accepted in case of damage incurred from improper packaging.

Once the product is received in our stores, and previous checking of the condition of the same one, one will accept the withdrawal and proceed the goods to the refund your amount within 30 days at a maximum, in conformity with the method of payment realized by the client, and, when appropriate, we will send a new product.

If you made a credit-card payment or by paypal, the refund will be made to the same credit card or paypal account.

If you made a bank transfer payment, we will ask you for an account number to make the refund.

Under no circumstances freight collect shipments will be accepted.

NOTICE. VERY IMPORTANT: In case the product has been personalized at the request of the customer in a manner which if a withdrawal was made, the product will not be able to be sold again, because it was manufactured with special measures or characteristics, there will not be right of withdrawal, without prejudice of the guarantee as usual.
