The Zeppo head design offers a strong grip and facilitates the rapid exchange of hams.
The stainless steel main body is diswasher safe. The wooden base and the hemisphere should be cleaned by hand.
To maintain the firmness of the adjustment the hemisphere parts should be free of excess fat.
The driping oil from the ham should keep the wood nourished. If the ham holder is not used regulary it will be necessary to wax or to oil the base to prevent drying.

The engraving of the base can delay up to 7 days sending the ham holder. During the month of August there is not engraving service. No refund or change of the engraved bases. We recommend to place the engraving on the part that is most visible. Check where your ham holder will be placed, if the back of it is facing a wall or kitchen cabinets the engraving should be on the front. Shops, restaurants and professional ham slicers often place the ham holder with the rear visible to the public, in this case we recommend engraving on the back of the base.
