For delicatessen shops and restaurants with reduced spaces. With a special base and steel tongue. It offers two options that allow to place on a single slicing point each jamonero with its ham.

Option 1: Hang on the wall the ham holder+ham. For slicing pick them up and put them on the slicing point.

Option 2: Place hams on ham holders along the countertop space. For slicing move the ham holder to the slicing point.

The stainless steel main body is diswasher safe. The base and the hemisphere should be washed by hand.

To main the firmness of the adjustment the hemisphere parts should be free of excess fat.
